our dear friend rita,

has practiced Registered Nursing in Ohio, Arizona and Texas. Her great love of people is infectious and she is always eager to assist and comfort everyone around her.Even in her ill health she is always the caregiver and thinking of the well being of others.

   Rita is currently recieving excellent care at MetroHealth Medical Center and is on the transplant list at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

My Friends in the Community,

   Everyone has been so gracious to help me in my bad times and I am very grateful. It is now time for me to give back to the community. So far I have been able to obtain a wheelchair, a walker and two canes to people in need of them. I have also been able through your generous donations to pay a portion of a 'recipient in need''s gas bill. Not a whole lot but enough to help. Hopefuly we will be able to generate contributions to do more for the community.

  I am also available for presentations about the importance of organ and tissue donation through the DMV and and public awareness. The Black and Hispanic community are especially in need. During one event a pre-teen young man asked  "if I tell my Mom, I can even be a hero after I die?" I never thought of donation like that before!

During this time of generosity and caring think of us. Our contibutions go here, to the people of the Greater Cleveland and surrounding areas. If you know anyone with a mobility issue (needs a cane or walker or wheelchair) contact me. I may be able to help.

Donations also can be made at any Charter One Bank of any donomination.
